TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER

Your personal data may be transferred within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (GPDR) to the following persons and organizations for the purposes listed below:

Authorized public institutions and organizations (Revenue Administration, judicial and administrative authorities)
Suppliers (law offices, financial consultancy firms, IT companies, audit and consultancy firms)
Real persons or private legal entities (banks)
Shareholders, affiliates, and subsidiaries (group companies)

Following up and conducting legal affairs
Providing information to authorized institutions and organizations

Conducting sales and after-sales support processes

METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are obtained fully or partially through automatic methods and non-automatic methods provided that they are part of a data recording system.

Visual and audio records shared in public areas are processed based on the legal ground of “Explicit Consent” under Article 5/1 of the KVKK (GPDR).

Other personal data are processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Articles 5/2(a), 5/2(c), and 5/2(f) of the KVKK (GPDR).

OTHER RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT UNDER ARTICLE 11

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (GPDR):

To learn whether personal data is processed
To request information if personal data has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with this purpose
To know third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
To request deletion or destruction of personal data
To request notification of these actions to third parties
To object to results arising from automated processing
To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

DATA SUBJECT APPLICATION METHOD

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK (GPDR) by filling out the DATA SUBJECT APPLICATION FORM available on our website. Applications will be finalized free of charge within thirty (30) days; however, fees may be charged if the process requires additional costs.
